Welcome to Mountains Wave Marketing and to the first iteration of our employee handbook. This is a guide to help you navigate all of the ins and outs of our company and will make your transition into our team a much smoother one. 

It is our hope that this handbook will provide the framework for you to be successful on your own terms and to provide clarity on work expectations, outline our commitment to stewardship and the environment, highlight the benefits we offer, and lastly, who we are and how our business is structured. We aim to be as transparent as possible for all of our stakeholders.

It is important to note that this handbook is 100% editable and we are always open to feedback. We take pride in being a collaborative work environment.
