Working Hours
We believe in designing a life that you enjoy and that work should fit seamlessly into the life you create. That being the case, we provide a flexible working environment that allows you to be successful on your terms. Mountains Wave is a hybrid/ remote business based in Aptos, CA. Most of our full time employees work 4o hours a week from their home offices. Although this role may be done remotely, it does require business day availability (roughly between 10AM- 2PM PST), as you will be interacting with our clients and other stakeholders.
Standards
During your employment with the Mountains Wave, we expect our employees to put forth their best efforts and substantially all of your business time and attention (except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company.
Service
We believe in showing up for the things we care about. We are committed to excellence inside and outside the workplace. We have paid time off for the following service days:
Earth Day- April 22nd, day off for NACD Stewardship Week- between last Sunday in April and first Sunday of May, World Oceans Day- June 8th, Juneteenth- June 19th, Mandela Day- July 18th, and International Volunteer Day- December 5th.
At Mountains Wave, we keep track of our collective service hours and aim to report a minimum service requirement of 33 hours a year per employee.
