### **Ethical Marketing and Advertising **

**Mountains Wave** chooses to forgo providing services to sites or companies that provide or promote values that go against our own.

**Mountains Wave **respects the time and energy of co-workers, clients and stakeholders. We use our best efforts to ensure that deadlines will be met and timely requests will be honored based on mutually agreed upon circumstances.  

**Mountains Wave** will provide clear expectations for co-workers, clients, and stakeholders.

**Mountains Wave** upholds permission-based marking values. We will never send or share anything that has not been approved by all parties involved or in a way that violates applicable law. 

**Mountains Wave** will not participate in a conflict of interest without the approval of all parties.

**Mountains Wave** will not intentionally violate any rules imposed by HubSpot or search engines.

### **Business for Good**

**Mountains Wave **commits to integrity and respect in and out of the workplace. We commit to being honest and transparent, upholding our ethical principles and values.

**Mountains Wave** commits to creating an environment where diverse opinions, ideas and feedback are welcomed, supported and valued.

**Mountains Wave** honors that all co-workers, clients, and stakeholders have a personal life that can affect business. We will make our best efforts to understand and support the boundaries you may set forth between your personal and professional life.

**Mountains Wave** will keep an open line of communication for optimal clarity between all parties. 

### **Commitment to Reject Impact Washing  **

**Mountains Wave **commits to being truthful and transparent about the social and environmental impacts of our work and how we are taking steps to combat them.

**Mountains Wave** will not false advertise or make claims about positive impacts we are making in order to gain a marketing advantage

### **Environment**

**Mountains Wave **commits to environmental stewardship practices in our commitments outlined in our employee handbook.  

**Mountains Wave** involves sustainable efforts in our work to reduce/off-set carbon emissions 

**Mountains Wave** commits to growing and scaling our business with intention and respect for the environment. 

### **Corporate Governance**

**Mountains Wave **is committed to and has legally adopted the legal framework in stakeholder governance. The goal of this is to protect our mission and core values.
